Wendy Houlihan, Superintendent Administrators:  Frank Rucker, Abby Dillon, Tina Shakespeare, Matt Martyn, Bruce Garrow, Rosemary FitzSimons, Steven John          Rich called the meeting to order at 7:03                                  Members of the Public - None Additions/Deletions to the Agenda         New Business item deleted          Old Business Three goals were agreed upon: Curriculum and Instruction:  Every student graduates from high school (or earns a high school diploma) ready for work and higher education. Operations:  The operational strategy of WCSU will optimize SU resources through collaborative efforts. Human Resources:  Create conditions in WCSU that attract, develop and retain inspired and effective educational leaders.  (All members of the educational community). A SWOT analysis was done.            Next Meeting:  A date will be set in August (not on the first day of school) for a retreat to develop the strategies. Craig Hunt moved to adjourn at 8:55.  Lauren Poster seconded.  Unanimous approval.
